23 cup or maybe a little bit more oatmeal
14 cup Carnation low fat powdered milk
13 cup raisins
13 cup mixed nuts chopped walnuts and sliced almonds
Dash shelled sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Mix ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and pour contents into a ziptype bag

When ready to eat breakfast dump contents of the bag into a pot and add 2 cups boiling water Let contents sit for two minutes then serve

Serves 8

1 pound ground beef
4 cups Uncle Bens Quick brand rice
3 cups water
1 cups chopped onion
1 large green bell pepper chopped
1 package chili seasoning mix
1 can tomatoes undrained
1 can kidney beans drained
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey jack cheese

In a large skillet brown meat drain Add remaining ingredients except cheese stir Bring to a vigorous boil Cover tightly Simmer about 5 minutes or until desired consistency Sprinkle with cheese

For each foil dinner

1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 potato washed and sliced
Sliced onion
34 fresh mushrooms cleaned and sliced
68 stalks fresh asparagus tough ends snapped off
Salt pepper etc as desired

Place the chicken breast on a large square of heavyduty aluminum foil Season chicken and add layers of sliced potato mushrooms onions and top with asparagus stalks Wrap dinner quotbutcherstylequot and place chickensidedown on hot coals turning after about 20 minutes

After another 10 minutes or so unwrap one dinner and slice chicken to test for doneness

1 pound ground meat beef turkey venison
2 medium onions thinly sliced
1 12 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
12 cup chopped celery
1 16 ounce can stewed tomatoes
1 15 ounce can kidney beans
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
14 teaspoon pepper
1 to 2 teaspoons chili powder
Bisquick dumplings

Cook and stir ground meat in Dutch oven until browned Drain Add onions cabbage and celery Cook stirring until vegetables are light brown Stir in tomatoes and kidney beans with liquid water salt pepper and chili powder Heat to boiling then reduce heat and simmer until cabbage is tender

Meanwhile prepare Bisquick dumplings Drop by spoonsful into boiling stew Cook uncovered 10 minutes Cover and cook another 10 minutes Serve

1 pounds ground beef
1 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms
1 8 ounce can pizza sauce
3 cups Uncle Bens Quick Brand Rice
1 large green bell pepper chopped
1 12 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon oregano
14 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 thin slices mozzarella cheese

Brown meat in a 10inch skillet drain

Drain mushrooms reserving juice Add water to juice to make 2 cups liquid Add liquid pizza sauce rice mushrooms bell pepper salt and oregano to beef stir Bring to boil Reduce heat cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed about 5 minutes

Sprinkle Parmesan over and arrange mozzarella cheese on top of beefrice mixture Cover skillet and heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts

Makes 8

1 15 ounce can corned beef hash
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
1 12 tablespoons prepared mustard
8 eggs
2 1 ounce slices American cheese

In a large skillet stir together hash onion and mustard Cook over medium heat or mediumhot coals stirring occasionally until lightly browned about 4 minutes

With a spoon make 8 indentations in hash mixture about 2 inches in diameter each Break and drop an egg into each indentation Cover and cook until egg whites are almost set about 10 15 minutes

Cut each cheese slice into 4 triangles Uncover hash and eggs top with cheese triangles in pinwheel fashion Cover remove from heat and let stand until whites are set and cheese is melted about 2 3 minutes
