Cut peach in half remove and discard pit Put peach onto a square of aluminum foil both halves facing up Put a large pat of butter or margarine into each hollow Add brown sugar making sure to cover the open peach halves Add marshmallows to hollow Put peach halves together add a little more brown sugar wrap aluminum foil around it making sure its completely covered Put into the coals just inside the fire Cook for 3 to 5 minutes

Fold aluminum foil to make a large pocket for the grill Place chicken wings on foil and sprinkle Mrs Dash over chicken Cover with foil and cook at least one hour or until chicken is lightly crispy When done unfold aluminum foil and enjoy the chicken at the campfire

1 14 cups Bisquick baking mix
34 cup cornmeal
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 egg
23 cup cold water

Mix all ingredients vigorously 12 minute Pour batter into hot greased 8inch square pan Bake in a hot reflector oven 15 minutes Turn pan and bake 10 15 minutes longer or until golden brown

1 pound ground beef
4 tomatoes sliced
1 17 ounce can whole kernel corn or green beans drained
Salt pepper and margarine to taste
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
13 cup milk

Divide meat into 4 patties Place meat patty in each of 4 lightly greased 1pound coffee cans Top each patty with 3 tomato slices 14 of the corn salt pepper and dot of margarine Cover each tightly with heavyduty foil Place cans 3 4 inches from hot coals Cook 2030 minutes

Stir baking mix and milk to a soft dough Drop dough by spoonsful into each can Cook uncovered 10 minutes cover then cook 10 minutes longer

Use your favorite meatloaf recipe Slice 6 large peeled onions in half and remove centers Spoon meat mixture into half of the onion halves Top with the other half Place each filled onion on a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil Bring ends of foil up over onion and fold tightly Cook on coals 14 to 20 minutes on each side

Canned peach halves
Large marshmallows

Drain the peach halves Place peach half cut side up on a piece of foil large enough to wrap around the peach Put one large marshmallow in the peach and sprinkle with cinnamon Wrap the foil around the peach Warm over coals until marshmallow is melted about 5 10 minutes
