Longview Park has great appeal to those who enjoy a quiet, family oriented recreation area. Non-electric campsites are located right along the shoreline, which offer a great view of the lake along with wonderful sunsets. Electric sites are located in a heavily wooded area on the top of a bluff, which overlooks the lake.
The Perry Hiking Trail also transects this park, making the Longview Group Camp site a perfect stop for hikers and backpackers.
