Located 12 miles south of Red Lodge, Montana, near the Beartooth Scenic Byway, Glacier Lake, and the Hell Roaring and Lake Fork Trailheads. The campground is adjacent to Rock Creek and 1 mile from Greenough Lake. There is access to the Beartooth Wilderness from the Hell Roaring and Lake Fork Trailheads. A campground host is on site. Popular activities include fishing the main fork of Rock Creek and Greenough Lake, mountain biking, hiking Parkside National Recreation Trail, and four-wheeling up Hell Roaring Road. Summer events include Home of Champions rodeo on the 4th of July weekend, Mountain Man Rendezvous in late July, and Festival of Nations in early August.
