Whether you are looking for a place to get away and relax or looking for adventure, Redman campground offers both. Set among the pine and aspen trees at an elevation of 8300 feet, Redman Campground is 14 miles up Big Cottonwood Canyon.
The Canyon offer several soaring peaks, pristine hidden lakes, rivers and streams. There are various mountain biking and hiking trails in the vicinity that offer easy-to-moderate challenge.
In addition to the activities, the canyon is known for its spectacular show of wildflowers in late summer and painting of bright autumn colors in the fall. The campground is close to the hiking trail that leads to Silver Lake, which is a popular hike.
