Located in northeast Nevada, 30 miles southeast of the town of Elko. Campground is situated at an elevation of 7,200 feet. Sites are surrounded by aspen and cottonwood trees. Lamoille Creek runs through the back loop of the campground. Interior roads are paved. Sites are hardened. The nearest telephone is 9 miles away. Nearby activities include: wilderness, horseback trail riding, hiking, fishing; wildlife viewing, picnicking, and a self-guided nature trail and auto interpretive tour. No discharge of firearms of fireworks. There is no automotive tour available.
