Willow Bay is located within the Allegheny National Recreation Area, about 16 miles from Bradford, Pennsylvania. The campground is situated in forested hills alongside the Allegheny Reservoir.
This campground has recently been renovated and offers new flush toilets, vault toilets, and showers. All new facilities are accessible.
Popular activities are hiking, boating, and interpretive programs. The North Country Trail, a part of the Appalachian Trail hiking system, can be accessed from here. A courtesy dock is provided at the boat launch for easier loading and unloading during the summer season. Campground host and interpretive programs are available. Ice and wood are for sale on-site. Some sites available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
