North Pines Campground will close for the season on November 1, 2010. The opening date for 2011 is unknown at this time due to utility system repair ongoing in the campground through the winter and spring. As soon as an opening date is known, it will be posted here.
North Pines Campground is located in Yosemite National Park in Central California at 4000 feet in elevation in Yosemite Valley. Yosemite Valley contains many of the features the Yosemite National Park is famous for. North Pines is one of the three reservation campgrounds in Yosemite Valley. All three reservation campgrounds (Upper, Lower, and North Pines) are located next to one another so the distance between campgrounds and other facilities is not a factor in determining which campground to choose.
- There are no electric, water, or sewer hook-ups available at individual campsites, although a free dump station is located on site.
- The valley campgrounds can accommodate tents or RVs. (Please check site alerts to make sure your equipment will fit!)
- Pets are permitted in family sites (they must be on a 6' leash and may not be left unattended).
