The Berry Bend Area is located at Harry S. Truman Lake which is forested with rocky hills and bluffs. The Berry Bend Area is an excellent fishing location. Visitors enjoy fishing, hunting, swimming and, boating. Several campsites are offered with various hookups such as water and electric. For more information on Truman Lake, visit the Truman Lake website at www.nwk.usace.army.mil/harryst/hst_home.htm. Beach is open May 15 through September 15 annually.
