Lunch Peak Lookout is located approximately 35 miles northeast of Sandpoint, Idaho in the Cabinet Mountains on Lunch Peak at elevation 6414'. The road that leads to the lookout is a well-maintained road, but high clearance vehicles are recommended. The 15' x 15' cabin was remodeled in 2001 and sits atop a 13' high cinder block foundation. There are no furnishings, heat or water. Panoramic views of Lake Pend Oreille, the Selkirk Mountains and the Cabinet Mountain Wilderness. A modern vault toilt is located at the Pend Oreille Divide trailhead, 300 feet away.
