Camp Details:

Falls Campground is located next to the Snake River in beautiful Swan Valley, only 45 miles east of Idaho Falls, Idaho. Mixed growth cottonwood trees provide partial shade, and grassy meadows with summer wildflowers dot the area. Wildlife is plentiful in the river bottom; eagles, osprey, moose, and deer are frequently spotted. Fall Creek Falls is less than 1/4 mile from the campground, and is visible from some parts of the site. The Snake River offers excellent cutthroat trout fishing, canoeing, rafting, and kayaking. Conant Boat Ramp, open to the public, is nearby.

This campground provides vault toilets, potable water, and garbage service but no electricity. One group site is reservable and can accommodate up to 150 people. 22 single sites are also reservable, all with picnic tables, fire rings and grills. A campground host is located on site, and firewood is available for purchase. Roads and parking spurs within the site are gravel.

Palisades Reservoir is less than 20 miles from Falls Campground, with great boating, waterskiing, canoeing, fishing, and swimming. The Fall Creek area has hundreds of miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and ATVs.
