Seasonal Information: Normally Open: Year-round . 6700' elevation. Undeveloped campground with a 14 day stay limit so you can fish your limit without beaking camp. Situated near Scott Reservoir, this campground has only modest developments but is very popular throughout the summer. Camping and picnicking is allowed along the lakeshore and surrounding area. A variety of fish species including; Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout, Channel Cat, Large Mouth Bass, Green Sunfish, Blue Gill, Black Bull Head, and Carp can be found in Scott Reservoir. From July to September summer thunderstorms are frequent and abrupt. Lightning is always a danger at this time. Take precautions and get off of the lake immediately. The campground has 12 designated campsites with tables and fire rings. There is an Accessible boat-ramp, vaulted toilets, garbage dumpster, and parking available. Drinking Water is not available at the campground. There is a 14 day stay limit during any 30 day period. Single electric motors are permissible on all boats. Fishing license and trout stamp required for persons 14 years and older. All fishermen must comply with Arizona Fishing Regulations as published by the Arizona Game and Fish Department. Telephone, gas, food, and other services are available in nearby Pinetop-Lakeside, about two miles.
