Chestnut Ridge Campground is located on Lake Sidney Lanier. Lake Lanier touches five counties in Georgia and is just 45 minutes from Atlanta. The lake covers 38,000 acres that were once rolling farmland. The lake provides outdoor recreational opportunities to fish, camp, boat, picnic or sightsee. Chestnut Ridge Campground offers 51 sites with electric and water hookups and 33 sites without hookups. Additional amenities include hot showers, laundry facilities, a boat ramp, playground, a dump station, and a swimming area.
