My name is Scott Robertson, I am an Eagle Scout and an experienced Website Manager. I am currently looking for new clients that need help managing the day to day operations of their sites. With over 15 years experience in web development, managing servers and running my own sites I know how hard it is to stay on top of everything. It takes time, effort and experience to run a website. This is where I come in.

What it comes down to, I will oversee any and all aspects of your site. This could include: planning for the future, manage site development (coding), oversee ongoing changes to your site, oversee the marketing of your site, ensure your server is properly maintained, maintaining a backup of your site, recommend ways to improve your site, and more.

Tasks examples:

- manage your newsletter and mailing list
- data entry such as updating a few products in your store
- make minor updates to site code or content
- manage social media presences
- respond to common emails with provided templates
- keep server up to date
- server optimization
- tutoring / training / tech questions
- backing up server
- develop and maintain a recovery plan
- scan site for virus and malware
- monitoring site uptime
- SEO monitoring
- threat monitoring
- blacklist monitoring
- scan site for potential security weaknesses
- spot testing of code and troubleshoot problems found
- load testing the site with thousands of simulated users
- cross browser check
- check site for broken links
- ensure site code is rendered in valid html

I charge by the hour, and can work with in your budget. Just let me know the max hours for you each month. You will receive a detailed activity log (kind of like a timesheet), every month via email, so that you always know how hours are being used and what is being done to your site. There is no long term contract – though the goal is for a long term partnership.

If this sounds like something of interest, lets talk.
