Mora National Fish Hatchery and Technology Center

The Mora National Fish Hatchery and Technology Center, combined with the Dexter National Fish Hatchery and Technology Center, New Mexico, are designated as the Southwest Fish Technology Center. Mora's mission is to address intensive fish culture using water reuse systems and to help Dexter in the development of fish cultural methods for endangered species of fish. The Mora facility was designed to be flexible and adaptable to accomodate technology development as well as rear warmwater, coolwater, and coldwater fishes.
